PPP financial advisory work is approached from a lenders perspective, and our focus is helping our clients to structure bankable and deliverable projects. Financial and commercial advice starts from the initial concept stage, right through to financial close by preparing feasibility studies, developing comprehensive financial models and deal structuring.

   Bid and project management support for private sector bidders and public sector clients from the initial concept stage through to bid submission and financial close.
2. Deal structuring:
   Ensuring transactions are bankable by identifying and mitigating key risk issues, ensuring bankability of the contractual package, assistance with appropriate structuring and negotiations.
3. Financial modelling:
   Developing detailed financial models to support infrastructure projects.
4. In-house support:
   We can work as part of an existing deal team taking responsibility for specific parts the work or as retained in-house PPP advisor. Additionally, we can assist an existing team with outsourced structured finance, project finance and PPP banking services.
